By paying and subscribing to our monthly packages you agree to these terms and conditions.
No credit card or debit card details are stored by Healthy Buzz, and we never give out personal information to a third party. We utilize the information we gather to take and complete customer orders. Through the payment link on our website, we get paid. Any of our branch restaurants do not accept cash payments for our monthly subscriptions. All prices are displayed in AED and include VAT.
Although they may change at any time without prior notice, all prices on this website are accurate as of the time of publication.
We have the right to change/modify the above Terms & Conditions without prior notice. We have the right to change any of our meal plans' names/prices/recipes without prior notice.
Before enrolling in one of our programs, it is the customer's obligation to let us know if they have any dietary allergies. For a month, the meals included in our fixed packages will be set. Without the explicit permission of a member of our staff, no modifications to any of the meals will be made. Customer-requested adjustments will be implemented in two working days. This includes, but is not limited to, meal plans that have been frozen or unfrozen, changing a main dish or side dish, changing the menu, and upgrading or downgrading to a different menu. Any upgrading, downgrading, or switching from one subscription to another will incur the appropriate fee equal to the price differential between the packages. Only once per month may this option be used.
If your order has been delivered with an item missing or wrong order, you must contact us on our number and provide a picture of the wrong item.
Your subscription is active for 90 days starting on the day your package begins. You may put your package on hold at any moment throughout these 90 days, but please be aware that any unused days will not be returned and must be used up within the 3-month window.
We require a notification time of 2 working days (48 hours) in advance in order to make all the required changes for you to put your package on hold and/or resume your subscription.
You receive 2 free appointments with the nutritionist as part of your active package—an initial evaluation and a follow-up appointment to ensure you stay on track!
To guarantee ongoing and timely delivery of your meals, please be sure to renew your subscription 2 working days (48 hours) before the expiration of your current package. Meals cannot be served if payment has not been received; delivery is only permitted to begin after 48 hours.
The bag deposit of AED 150 will be refunded within 10 working days after the 2 bags and the ice packs are returned in the original condition.
Orders will be delivered by a designated courier who might provide door-to-door tracking.
The customer must give 24 hours' notice in advance of any address or delivery time changes in order for the change to be implemented. We are not liable for any transit delays brought on by events beyond our control. Once the food has been delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to store it correctly. The delivery service may offer proof of the date, place, and state of the meal plan boxes and cooler bags. We are not responsible for any damages brought on by delayed delivery. You are not entitled to view a late delivery from us as a contract breach. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address supplied by you.
You must get in touch with us or the carrier to set up an alternate delivery date or address if necessary if you or anyone else at the delivery address is unable to take delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional delivery fees to have any goods that the carrier returns to us re-delivered. To preserve the contents, we always make sure that the things are packaged securely.
We are not liable for any delivery service delays, losses, or damages, and we are not required to give you a refund or replace your items.
You have three days from the date of delivery to get in touch with us if your order was under-delivered. You must retain any damaged or incomplete items in a single location, apart from any other goods, and make yourself available for examination at our request before we decide what course of action to take.
All payments are non-refundable.
